It actually spread to the mainstream media. The evening news. They paid attention.

Something would be done. Of course, they all thought. Something must be done.

The leaders of friendly countries paid attention. They studied the situation.

They would make a recommendation.

But, not politically expedient.

It won't further careers

No one will gain from caring.
