I've heard there's some rule about publishers not accepting material that's being considered elsewhere - the first read rule or something. Can anyone name it please?

All submitted poems will be published on our website. The winners of our competition will be determined by voting. Voting is open to everyone include non-members (although multiple voting is prohibited). The highest rated poems will be published in a book.
