HomePoetry StoriesHappiness

Free of the cruelness of the world,
Nothing penetrating my bubble of happiness,
Embracing me with warm arms,
Tending to the metaphorical wounds of life.
Smiles all round as the aroma of peace
And serenity lingers in the air.
Golden glows emanating From the nature of my surroundings,
The people, the birds,
Even the emerald blades of grass,
With tiny droplets of morning dew
Clinging to them,
Like petite diamonds cling to a necklace.
Being happy,
Being able to live in tranquillity,
In harmony with everyone around you...
There's nothing truer than happiness.
