Greetings and Welcome to my page.I am a former DJ, Bouncer, Bartender and Night Club manager in Ft Laud and Ohio. I've been a cab driver, flipped burgers, pizza maker, dishwasher, truck driver, puppeteer, martial arts instructor and Police Officer.I provided the voice for radio commercials for the various haunted house projects and other Halloween functions and made numerous appearances as "The Count" hence the nickname. I have been very active in community theater since the 80's and played every bad guy you can name. Yes, Halloween is my favorite holiday. Yes,I have been collecting vampire/Dracula memorabilia and dressing in black long before it became stylish and had a name. You were not called Goth back then, you were called freak, fag or weirdo and many other endearing names. If you could quote lines from movies and name the actors you were gay. If you could remember who played 3rd string tackle for the Miami Dolphins in 1977 and his stats, you were one of the boys.. I was never one of the boys. Between my travels, involvement with the theater, haunted house project, and being a mobile DJ for parties and weddings I have wealth of stories I would like to share them.Want to chat? If I am on I will respond. My stories are a mix of what I have seen and experienced while others are pure fantasy.

We called him Don Magill which was not his real name. Short of wearing a sign that read "Cosa Nostra" he couldn't have been more obvious, well at least to me. He was always impeccably dressed and barbered. He had a deep gravely voice with just a trace of an Italian accent. His car was a long black Caddilac. He held court every afternoon at one of the local twenty four hour restaurants. If...

It was a beautiful Saturday in June when I received a call from dispatch. It seems a bus driver had three youngsters on her coach that were a little too young to be on their own. The female driver had called her dispatcher who in turn dispatched me. I was to intercept the bus and wait for the parents to arrive. I caught the bus on a regular layover and had the kids exit the coach. It seems...

Warning: Very coarse language used in two places. One of the best jobs I held prior to my days in law enforcement was working for an armoured car company. I drove an older armoured truck that would take a tank to dent. The hours were good and the pay was decent. It was one of the only places that I would come into work on my off days if asked. We spend our days picking up and delivered...

So here I am limping my way into the local ER. It was a typical bar fight, and as a bouncer, I had to intercede. The antagonist decided to flee before the police arrived and I decided to chase and hold him. In the semi-darkened street I misjudged the height of the curb and stumbled, but I ignored the pain in my foot and kept moving. I caught him and walked him back to the front of the bar...

Now despite being divorced from my first wife I stayed in contact with her and her daughters.I even offered to assist in keeping them off of each other's throats during the Summer vacation from school. So every week on one of my off days I would pick one of the two girls up and take them for a long motorcycle ride and lunch. Both girls loved my Harley and loved to ride. I would show...

This is a true story. It has been told many times and always gets a laugh. Now it was a typical Saturday morning at our house. It had to be sometime before Memorial Day because my parents were still at home, normally they are at our cottage. My mom who is a habitual early riser headed to the kitchen to make coffee and let the big orange and white cat up from the basement. She opened...

I remember it was the year that I finally won the lawsuit that I had filed four years ago. It was a very sizable amount of money and to celebrate I quit my job. I then contacted my stunning model friend and asked if her numerous offers to visit and stay with her in Fort Lauderdale were still good, and they were. To this day there are still people that believe that we were having sex. No...

Long before I was sworn in a full-time police officer, I spent many years as a security officer. Now security officers or rent-a-cops don't hold a real high slot in the hierarchy of law enforcement due to a variety of reasons. Most of the time they are just warm bodies in blue uniforms. They receive no formalized training. And usually, it's a company supervisor that instructs new hires in...

Darlene had barely walked into the employee entrance door when she was grabbed by the arm by Gina, her friend, and co-worker. "Dar, that guy that was asking about you last week is back," she announced excitedly. Darlene continued to head to her locker to get ready for the evening as her friend prattled on. Darlene smiled at how excited her best buddy was. She, herself, didn't get excited...

Despite being a city born and raised child, I have always loved horses. Maybe it was all the adventures of The Lone Ranger, Roy Rodgers, and Zorro that I watched that had this effect on me. Anyway, I have always loved horses and looked forward to the day when I could ride one. When I was 16, I was afforded the chance to live my dream. My family and I along with our friends were driving...
