Yeah, I've become familiar with a lot of this stuff...the "hard way" to some extent...but yeah, I think it's natural to want to give a shot at selling something after you've been writing for a while...I had been writing for approximately a year and a half and one day realized I had over 100 stories and poems to my credit...

It just seemed natural to me to see if there was any value here...

Terms every writer should become familiar with..."First Serial Rights"..."Simultaneous Submissions" and "Previously Published"...

That last one can vary from publisher to publisher...some don't consider something posted on the net to be previously published, but many do...so, be aware...
