Today is a bad day from everyone. It's in the air I think. So just going to breathe and think and calm down, because it's not helping, and they think they're helping but just making it worse.

I should eat. But not hungry. I should eat anyways.

Eat, here's something. Nourishing, tasty, the only wat it could be better would be with a pickle on the side and some ketchup. Oh and fries, too. But this is a start.

Why is dust?

Dust is mostly dead skin cells...that much I do know...

I HATE TOUCH SCREENS!

Abso-friggin-lutely...not that I actually own one, but I have tried, and yeah...not for me either...

I would tend to think that anyone here who is a serious writer, or does a fair amount of typing in general, would share our hatred here...though I can't say for sure, as there seems to be a whole generation growing up with them on most everything...

But yeah...I don't own a tablet, or a smart phone, or any of that fancy stuff they got out on the market these days...perish the thought actually...I shudder just thinking about touch screens myself...
I once knew a drinker who had a moderating problem...

I am stuck on my phone 95% of the time. Blame all my spelling errors because of this dumb thing.

Yeah...can't relate to any of that myself...if you see spelling errors on one of my posts, you can blame them on me...

I've used my phone to type stories, poems, musings. When I can't' be arsed to pick up my laptop or I'm out and about, and an idea hits me, I just whip out the phone and type away. My typing is a bit slow, but error rate is also low. I don't mind touch screens.

I'm sorry to hear that, have you taken a tablet to remedy it?

I was whispering, by the way.

Actually, for that sort of activity I don't have a problem with touch screens...I think they're fine for taking notes, or posting Facebook comments, or whatever...

What I've been seeing more and more of lately though, is people who own only a tablet and/or phone with a touch screen, and nothing else...no regular laptop, or real computer...and for a guy like me who does do some real writing now and then...and yeah, I know it's hard to tell lately...that does not work for me...

I can't even imagine writing a story using a touch screen...to me it would be a form of torture...though people do it...

Admittedly, there's a learning curve, but as long as one has a decent, non-evil keyboard, that doesn't want to correct stuff like "Rupert" to "Robbie ate his face off", then you're jamming.

I have never owned anything with Auto-Correct on it...can't you just turn it off?

You can, but sometimes it can be fun, especially when drunk. Not that I type badly when I'm drunk.

I have dental indentations in my tongue...
Being an ass must be the most boring past-time in the world - unless you have the mental stamina to keep persisting at it against all logic and common-sense.

Just an idle thought
I guess you'd know all about that Andy.

There's a difference in being alone and being lonely.

I love to be alone. I don't need permission from anyone to do anything.
I can do what I want to, when I want.

The question is, are you comfortable in your own skin?

Do I get lonely sometimes? Yes.

There is nothing wrong with either of these things. I'm sure most have felt some or both at one time or all the time.

If you feel really stuck, then seeking support or help might help you.

From your friends or a professional.

I seemed to pick all the wrong guys to date when I was younger.

I still love doing things on my own, whether it's shopping, concerts, a movie, dining out, ect..

Those are fun to do with friends when they can join me too.

(I used to travel on my own..tip:never get drunk on Amtrak...lmao.)
