Happy to see you at the end of the line!

Ok, greetings dispensed with.

I'm at the end now!
After a long, dry spell... TV wise, tonight I have the new season of Curse of Oak Island and on Friday I am really looking forward to Season Two of A Discovery of Witches. WooHoo!
It is like London buses. Nothing for ages and then two come at once!
Before winter's done
I hope I shall see
More soft, white snow
adorn the trees.

And as our breath hangs
in clear, icy air
The bright, unhindered sun
Creates a harsh, white glare.
Now we know...

But do we, though?
We think we do,
Those people who,
Cause so much strife,
Creating new life.

Oops! Sorry, Al. You can change only one letter and add none.
Do not see
Do not hear
Do not worry
Do not fear

Evil there is, all about,
But goodness is there too.
Be aware and never doubt,
Your faith will see you through.

Wow, after basically turning their backs on the music industry in 1992, including deleting their back catalogue, The KLF (Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty, aka King Boy D and Rockman Rock) returned on New Year's Eve, posting several of their old videos to YouTube and releasing a greatest hits EP to streaming.

Something I will never forget is, that some years after buying this print from Athena, I discovered that it was by Jimmy Cauty of The KLF!

Absolutely chuffed about the KLF reissuing their best works. Solid State Logik!

Pretty much a metaphorical summation of 2020, perhaps?

Yep, pretty much.

As its the last day of the year, I won't say too much about the word being Satyr.
I was taking a walk in my local park, the other day.
As I walked through the trees, I saw a man who was throwing sticks. Each time, a huge German Shepherd chased the stick and took it back to him.
I went over and asked, "Does your dog bite?"
"Oh no," he responded. "My dog is very friendly."
I reached out to stroke the thick furred canine and it immediately sank its teeth into my forearm!
I jumped back and yelled;
"You said your dog was friendly and didn't bite!"
"That's not my dog," he replied.
Hello Folks.
Gill, I am so sorry about your depression. It is a horrible thing, I know and I pray that it is just a temporary thing because of Covid.

I know it won't help but I thought I would share a small something that might make you smile.

Last week, I had a meeting at work. I took a cup of coffee in with me. I took a first mouthful and realised I still had my face-mask on!

It brought a whole new concept to filtered coffee, I can tell you!
Don't come back another day,
Nor week, nor month, nor year.
Listen now to what I say,
Don't come back at all, you hear?
One of the pieces that was played by Sky during that concert was Sarabande by George Frideric Handel. The final resting place of whom is Westminster Abbey!
During a restoration of part of the abbey, Handel's grave was opened accidentally. The construction workers were surprised to find his skeleton surrounded by manuscripts with every note individually crossed through in pencil.
Apparently, Handel had spent some considerable time decomposing!
