Roses are red
Violets are blue
I just lost someone
So very close to me
She was just like my daughter
So loving and giving
I'll miss her sweet voice
Was like honey when hearing
I miss her so much
My heart aches so
I'm not sure how
It can take another blow
Please know I loved you
Just like my own
And heaven is so blessed
To have another of my friends
And be sure of this
I will see you again
He will never take you
Completely from me.

Someone threw a Tomato at him
Tomatoes are red with a soft shiny skin

All the shops and stores
Are pricing things dearer
It's all about money
At the end of the day
"Goodwill to all men?"
"Bah, humbug!" I say
You and I both know that
There will be a steep price to pay
For all of your excesses
Leading up to Christmas Day
The bank account has been maxed out
The credit cards have been too
There's a rude awakening
Coming in January to you
The moment of reckoning
Is coming your way

You will be required to pay.
The bills will be massive
