I believe punishment should fit the crime and actually be harsh. Death should be quick and carried out sooner than later. Prison time should be spent as a prisoner working for the benefit of others, ie. farming.. cleaning and repairing roads.. building structures, etc.. not sitting around in a gym or having free gang time..
