Me? Oh I had roast chicken with roast potatoes and sage & onion stuffing. Yes, it was nice, but I'm getting bored of chicken all the time. Thankfully, I'll have chilli tomorrow, washed down with a beer because it's the law that if you have chilli, you've gotta have beer.

ah, yes, at that point it was toothache day. That's gone for now, so I've been on normal food again for the past week, yay.

Tonight is...

Marinated pork chops and some such side and some such veggie of which I have no clue what they are. Dessert will probably be cupcakes. I wish we had ice cream though. Some mint chocolate chip ice cream... or a sorbet, or some vanilla so I could put a buncha toppings on it.

The marinade for the pork chops consists of: one-third of a cup of water, soy sauce, and brown sugar; one teaspoon crushed garlic and half a teaspoon cinnamon. This recipe, the original, makes a cup of the stuff. We're making 6 pork chops (one for each of us, of course) and so we used four times that, just to give ya an idea...

I'll let y'all know how it tastes ^.^
