Critique Groups - addition of categories?

While the range of groups in the Critique Forum is good, a General group, and a Children's group are missing. Would it be possible to either create them, or perhaps add them to an already existing group, such as Young Adult? And maybe Memoirs could be added to Flash Fiction/Musings?
