The "a" on my keyboard is behaving badly. I have to hit it extra hard to get it to work. Everytime I write a sentence I have to go back and add in all the "a's" I missed.

Oh Lord. On one of my old keyboards, I had issues with, IIRC, the "G" sticking. Unfortunately, I had a "G" in my password. Do the math.

Jeff, I posted a few times yesterday, but when I looked today, only one was visible. I think the site was having some issues, because when I tried to check on stories, I kept getting an error, so I don't think we are losing it, lol. Or I hope that's what was going on.
It's still bitterly cold here; the lows at night are in single digits. Going out is treacherous because so many side streets have not been treated, and the ice makes snow removal difficult for people. I don't need to go out and slip on some ice trying to get around. It's been nice to be at home, but I'm feeling a bit confined now. Hopefully, we'll get some warmer weather, and this stuff will melt. On Monday, I have to take my father to a doctor's appointment, and I don't want him to fall. He thinks he doesn't need to be careful. In his mind, he is still young.
I need to stop baking. I have started giving food to the neighbors. I have never mastered the art of cooking for only two people.

We've got some Kicking Horse 454 Horsepower in the coffee pot. Teas are Assam Tarajulie and Yorkshire Gold. Pitchers are washed up and refilled with lemonade and unsweet iced tea. Sodas are stocked up. Hot chocolate and minimarshmallows are on standby for those what need 'em. And there's food, including some pancakes mixed and flipped by your resident ape chef.
