Uptown-edifices

I have just watched a couple of films on Netflix. The first, Hurricane, is a tale of the Polish airmen who fought in the Battle of Britain. It is absolutely dire! The CGI is like a low-grade video game and the portrayal of the RAF and Poles is ridiculous.
In contrast, the second movie is called The War Below. Apparently made with a budget of only £500,000, the photography and acting are superb. It is about a group of miners who tunnelled beneath the German Trenches at Messines Ridge in 1917. Whilst not entirely historically accurate due to the limitations of the budget, it depicts the true story of the biggest man-made explosion ever before experienced. It is said that the explosion was heard in London some 140 miles away. I highly recommend it.
