I do not want to hear a word about censorship from the posts that has been removed. When you signed up to storiesspace you agreed to the terms and conditions of the site. One of the things you agreed to is the following:
We (the site admin) reserve the right to remove any content or user from the site, for any, or no reason, at anytime.
Insulting the moderators of this site will no longer be tolerated. You don’t have to agree with our decisions or how we handle things, but we request that you respect it.
Any warnings and repercussions are handled in private and not discussed with other members, so don’t go assuming that the moderators are not “doing anything” to correct a situation.
This is a public site on the internet and there will be lots of people that you are going to come across that you don’t like or agree with, but that is the reality of life. All you can do is take responsibility for your own actions and act accordingly.
The moderators of this site have spent a lot of time lately dealing with petty issues that quite honestly should not even have come to our attention. We are all adults and we expect everyone to deal with it in private and not hash it out in public forums.
The personal and direct attacks need to stop.
As well, we have been very lenient on the public “mod bashing” that has been going on with members lately. From now on if anyone keeps treating the moderators with such disrespect, your account will deleted as per site rules.
Please, let's all get back to writing and having some fun here instead.

So far we have only seen six submissions for the competition. I sure hope some of you are hard at work scribbling something amazing to join in on the fun.

Your submission needs to either be under the Children’s, Flash, Poetry or Song category. All other ones will be rejected. Ensure you read the restrictions under those options before submitting.
As well, we want the stories to take place during the December Solstice. Use your imagination and show us how you would interpret this. All stories need to be under 1000 words.
Site rules still apply and only one submission per member. No collaboration allowed. As always, it has to be a new story and nothing you have previously posted.
Competition will run from Dec 16th 2015 until Feb 13th 2016.
Winners will be announced on Feb 28th 2016.

Ah, I see that we are not going to be adult and mature about this. Fair enough.
Public it is.
You specifically targeted and quoted a specific person and said some downright nasty things. That's being a bully and something I have zero tolerance for and as an intelligent man, I would have assumed you would agree. Now, if you would like to point me to another post where you are being personally attacked I will be more than happy to remove that persons post as well. I don't play "favorites" around here and no one is "protected". And quite honestly, I am insulted by that statement.
Don't for one second think you know everything that is going on behind the scenes or how a situation is handled by the moderators privately. I suggest you take a step back and think about what you want from this site and how you in the future want to deal and speak to the moderators of this site.
And I am not going to be spending any more time discussing this, because quite honestly, I don't need to explain this to you publicly or privately. I removed an inappropriate post and I will continue to do so if it continues, regardless who the member is. I don't believe in censoring anyone, but personal attacks and high-school behavior will not be allowed.
