He wakes up in the middle of the night and goes skydiving.
so many to choose from... Motorsport is definitely at the top.. The East African Safari Classic and the The Dakar at the top of the list... Absolutely amazing, The machines are incredible, the terrain unreal and the whole event gives me such a buzz.
I also really like the Olympics. So many people at the top of their game, extraordinary talent and skill. I particularly like the swimming probably because my ambition had been to swim in the Olympics. Unfortunately, I didn't quite make it.
If you could choose to be anywhere, other than where you are, doing whatever you please, where and what would that be?
You don't need to do wild things to get notice, just saying. Be yourself.
I have mixed feeling about the buttons. Why? Because when stories and poems where together poems would come in more and I would loss track of the sorties. So now they are separated I can keep track again. But at the same time I don't like the separation because I forget to look at the poem button. I don't know maybe I need to get use to it or something.
Anyways did that make sense?
Cherry blossoms
Toi Derricotte, 1941
I went down to
mingle my breath
with the breath
of the cherry blossoms.
There were photographers:
Mothers arranging their
children against
gnarled old trees;
a couple, hugging,
asks a passerby
to snap them
like that,
so that their love
will always be caught
between two friendships:
ours & the friendship
of the cherry trees.
Oh Cherry,
why can’t my poems
be as beautiful?
A young woman in a fur-trimmed
coat sets a card table
with linens, candles,
a picnic basket & wine.
A father tips
a boy’s wheelchair back
so he can gaze
up at a branched
heaven.
All around us
the blossoms
flurry down
whispering,
Be patient
you have an ancient beauty.
Be patient,
you have an ancient beauty.
Feels like I ran 10 marathons after competing in the Olympics.
here, have a chair in the shade, rest those weary bones... I'll keep your place

he stole my sweater, and is wearing it
hmmm.. depends who you are and where your interests lay, as to who is the most famous to you... I have met most of the WRC drivers from the 1990's and early 2000's ... Juha Kankunan, Marco Allen, Petter Solburg, Colin Macrea, Carlos Sainz, to name a few...they are all world famous, and known to people who follow world rallying. Jon Bon Jovi, Kenny Rogers, spent a few hours on a new years eve talking with Ronnie Woods, and was totally unaware of who he was... Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond (and yes, he is only about 3 feet tall) James May, Sir Richard Branson, Sir David Attenborough, Dame Daphne Sheldrick, Jane Goodall, Saba Douglas Hamilton, John Ngugi, Kipchoge Keino, Jason Dunford ...
I know Lupita Nyongo (12 Years a slave) and Zain Verjee from CNN, Chris Froome (Tour de France)
Maybe the person that the most people would know is Angelina Jolie. The opening scene of Tomb Raider 2 and a few other scenes were filmed on the farm that I call home.
Gosh, I hope this doesn't make me sound terribly conceited!
Do you like Motorsport, and if so, what in particular?
better watch out... I'm breathing fire behind you now...
He's knitting me a pink sweater, to keep me warm.
didn't you know you are supposed to wander around as you talk on the phone? Now go do it properly!
Seems to be a popular man
