Heavens open with thunders given,
Quaking is not in the Knight's repertoire.
Ending the lines is a veritable given.
Ladies must make way for old men at war.
Ever we've struggled, ever we've striven,
And thus, suffer as we suffered before.
One way to stop it is just end the line,

When I was young it was all serendipity. I would browse the stacks, picking and choosing, reading a paragraph here or there. However, at my age I now go to the established favorites. If they do not fulfill their promise I stop reading, and move on. Life is too short to waste on poor writing.

I go by the cover like most folks do, and I'll also go by the back and inside summary of the book, if everything captures me attention, it's worth a read to me, if not...Cio babe.

I'm currently in the middle of Dark Visions by L.J. Smith and almost done the amazing book, Enemies and Playmates. I don't know the author of that one though, and by the cover...you'd think it would be...erotic. You would think wrong. It's amazing, I recomend it to anyone. =P~
