Baked potato or baked sweet potato? (I'm trying to decide for tonight's dinner)

Like both! Baked sweet potato unless the baked potato is loaded.

Zucchini bread or Banana bread?

Don't think I've had zucchini bread but would be game to try so that (though I looooooooooooooooooove banana bread).

Chinese takeout or Viet-Thai takeout? (I had the latter for lunch)

Chinese. Thai is really more spicy than I care for. (More choices in Chinese)

If you could play an instrument;

piano or violin?

I play the piano, so I'll choose the violin.

Jazz or classical music?

More likely jazz these days. I have kind of gone off classical music of late.

Home gym or membership in a gym/fitness club?

Gym club. It forces me to go so I can justify paying for the membership.

Treadmill of stationary bike?

Stationary bike although, preferably, and actually bicycle.

Self-guided tour or guided tour?

Depends on where I am going and what I am doing. Guided is nice since you have someone who knows the lay of the land and, where needed, the local language. But sometimes just flying by the seat of your own pants is nice.

Card game or board game?

Board game.

Single seat or tandem seat bicycle?

How about no seat on no bicycle?

Monopoly or Cluedo?

Hm. Probably Clue (as we call it here). Though both are fun.

Fix a household problem yourself or call in a pro?

Well we (my husband is the handyman) try to fix our own problems if not beyond our skillsets. Some things, you absolutely leave to professionals, however. Anything natural gas, for example. (We've had two houses blow up in our county this year already from gas leaks.)

Stay in your state or providence (for Canadian friends) or venture further afield?

Stay in my state, although we are thinking about taking up part-time residence in my husband's province of Newfoundland.

Vacation in Alaska or Hawaii?

Alaska. Visited both on cruises and much preferred it, though I certainly wouldn't say no to doing Hawai'i in more depth someday.

Vacation trip or staycation at or close to home?

We love road trips to less well known places. Less crowded and hurried.

Craft beers or local wines?

Local wines. Not a beer drinker.

For paying in person: cash or card?

We charge everything (we earned money on everything we buy) but never carry a balance.

Coffee or tea;

Small, cozy, on-off café or large chain like Starbucks?

Probably small, cozy, on-off cafe. More likely to have the kind of oddball specialty teas that I enjoy.
