Uploading photos

How do I upload a photo from my phone to my story. It doesn't do anything except freeze.

Hello. You can try to upload a photo into an album and use it that way if uploading directly is not working. Also, if you are having issues with the upload, would you please raise a support ticket? You can find that at the end of the page under help and info. Thanks.
