Good morning! I shall be leaving for my vacation this evening but thought I would pop in and do a big pot of dark roast Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. For teas, there's English Breakfast and Earl Grey. Pitchers are washed and topped up with fresh lemonade and unsweetened iced tea. And there's goodies. I have arranged daily delivery from the bakery. They will also refresh the coffee and tea.

I've been busy sorting out family problems, an emergency surgery for my oldest, and issues with my dad. I have been travelling back and forth, helping out my son, then returning and trying to sort out my dad. It's all stressful and not being helped, so if Congress can't get its act together, I am going to lose my healthcare or have a massive premium increase. It is so hard to be positive these days. Sorry to drop in to complain. Hopefully, I'll return with a better outlook soon.

Healthcare is gonna be the thing that breaks the back of this administration (if anything does). Public opinion is strongly in favor of supporting the Affordable Care Act. I don't know if they'll prevail, but the Dems chose a good moment fight back. Finally.
Anyway. Writing a horror story today about the sleep masks that nice hotels sometimes provide. You'll get more than a good night's sleep.

Ape walks in and looks around. After a satisfied grunt, ape gives the place a good cleaning, then puts on a fresh pot of Jamaican Blue Mountain dark roast along with a couple teapots of Assam Organic and Yorkshire Gold. He checks the fridge and gives the pitchers a good wash before making fresh iced tea and lemonade. From the back room, he pulls out some cases of pop and reloads.

Hope you all had a good time while I was off enjoying Greece (the country, not the musical, which would be "enjoying Grease"). I am back and rather devoid of writing ideas, though I hope to get back to my long piece soon.
