Why, oh why, oh why do people HAVE to go out of their way to spoil things for other people? I'm talking about the small minority of posters who ignore the 'rules' on certain threads (especially the games) and post just what the heck they like. It's insulting, to the OP first of all and to those who actually try to play the games.

Thank you for that, Andrew. Much appreciated and I will certainly try it. Quite excited actually, as a friend just brought me some flour and xanthum gum from England. Most recipes call for ingredients that I can not get here.
