i'm writing for fun. i don't really have long term plans for anything just yet! lol.
I'm going to enjoy a quiet weekend for the first time in a while. Maybe do some gardening, but that's about as far as I'm going to push myself with physical activity.
I love the idea of other people reading my stories. I only hope they like them, if not their constructive criticism (fingers crossed) can only make me a better writer.
It doesn't bother me too much anymore. I used to struggle with the idea of having other people give feedback on my stories, but now I look forward to it.

I like that one.
Thought I'd join in by posting my first thread.

The way this game is played is I'll post a word, then you post whatever single word first comes to mind. Someone else takes a turn, then you're free to jump in again with another word.

My word is:

How strict are your daily writing habits?

Do you write at certain times of the day, for a certain amount of time?

Do you find it helps you avoid writers' block if you're more structured about the time you spend on it each day?

I try to be a disciplined writer and set aside time each day to practice, but I'm fighting non-stop distractions like kids and dogs, so it's a constant battle.

One day I see myself sitting at a tidy desk beside a window overlooking a landscaped garden, where only the sound of chirping birds disturbs my thoughts. One day.

i write poetry but don't have a routine. i usually just do it whenever i want to get my emotions down on paper.
