Gotta scoot early for a visit to the dentist. Then into the office.

But I have time to put the coffee on and fill the teapots with English Breakfast and Black Currant teas. Hot water is ready for hot chocolate and other teas. Marshmallows, sweeteners, and other add-ons all restocked.

Later, alligators.

Omnivore (no human I know of is a true carnivore).

Boardgame or card game?

Been watching a lot of Let's Talk Religion and Religion For Breakfast on Youtube. Both deal in similar topics, namely religious beliefs and practices around the world and throughout history. Former is hosted by a Swedish religious studies student, latter is hosted by an American currently doing a post-doc in Egypt.

Woo hoo! Hope all went well. I have not been to a wedding in, like, three years (a nephew got married the summer before the pandemic).

Depends more on the meat than the type. Beef and chicken are both good. In a pinch, white. Except turkey. I have soured on that particular bird.

Do your own yardwork or hire someone?

Sunday tea (Assam with vanilla). I am coming due for quarterly bloodwork related my diabetes. May or may not need to fast. Depends what the doctor orders in terms of tests this time.

Hope that's not a sign of an ageing Ape!

Most likely it is. Time stops for no man/ape and all that. 😕😉😊

Good morning.

Coffee is ready for drinking. Teapots are filled to the tippy top with Red Rose and Earl Grey. Hot water urn is filled for hot chocolate or other fine teas (in the lovely wooden box next to the assorted sweeteners and other enhancers).

A third lovely day here. Feels more like September right now, with temps around 20 or 21C and sun. Got yardwork, mostly raking, and a walk in yesterday. Today I have to work but might sneak in a walk before dinner.

Later, alligators.

Gas for convenience, charcoal for taste. So gas these days. My son uses charcoal though.

Baked potatoes in oven or on grill?

Ape make coffee

Ape make tea

Yummy drinks for you and me

Good morning. What's up, docs? (Munches carrot, then spits it out and grabs banana instead)

It is Sunday here and sunny here. Coincidence? Yeah, probably.🙂

Raking and housecleaning are on the agenda since a low mood and lack of energy sidelined me yesterday.

Later, alligators.

"Normal" as in not sitting in a room for hours at a stretch listening to endless talking about stuff that is inly minimally relevant to your position.

Good morning. It is the weekend. We got a nice one, too

Leaves: Rake me, rake me

Me: looks out window with with a grim countenance

Coffee is hot and ready. We got some Sunday Tea and English Breakfast in the teapots. Hot water is ready for the hot chocolate crowd.

refreshes mini-marshmallows

Later, alligators.

Good evening. I am returned from my two day meeting. It was not a total snore as I feared but, yeah, a two day work meeting.

So hopefully I can get back into a more normal life cycle

Hmmm. Had both on my last visit to the UK. Think I'll throw down with haggis.

Drive or take the train/bus?

Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood Morning!

Just popping by to put on a pot of fresh java and pots of Red Rose and Earl Grey tea. Hot water is there for making other teas or hot chocolate. Mini-marshmallows for the hot chocolate, lemon for the tea, and other sundry add-ons are on the counter by the coffee.

Hope you're all well! Later.

Sometimes, you need more patience. (esp. if you're a doctor 😜)

Oo, those look yummy. scarfs one

Good afternoon, Myrtle. Thanks for the treats. 😊

Good morning.

Some strong black coffee awaits you in the coffee pot. There's English Breakfast and Lemon for the tea crowd. Hot chocolate with mini-marshmallows is there for those (hi, Sara) who prefer that.

Weather is kind of crappy and I think it is starting to affect me. Feel like a migraine is a non-zero possibility but we shall see.

Later alligators.
