In that case I'd say BO, and I'm not talking about how someone smells after a hard days work. Foul breath is often more related to health (or food). With a few exceptions, BO is caused by bad hygiene, either on the body or on the clothing, usually both. Bacteria grow in unwashed clothes and on unwashed bodies, that produce that smell. Hygiene is the answer to that.
