Grant, takes your mask off
I wish I had a pet dragon
Granted, he was kind enough to light the fireplace for you
I wish I had a castle

Too slow - edited version : Granted - It's Austin Powers
Granted - It rains all the time
Wish I were younger.
Quote by Rebellious_SoulGranted too, but you'll have to get the bats out of the cave yourself
I wish i was home.
Quote by SherzahdI'll be as patient as the lions beneath Nelson's Column. I do want to say this however:
Just popping in here to let everyone know that we're working on finding a solution that suits everyone, we've not forgotten about your suggestions, so please be patient.
Quote by Circle_SomethingQuote by paulusQuote by Circle_SomethingI could say exactly the same about the layout of the homepage. Why change it, when it has always worked fine? Still, change is what we're facing. I think the whole point of that change is, to make it possible, to list prose without having to sift through poetry and the other way around. That is fine by me, but do it consistently and use the correct labels. If I am correct, it was you, that claimed poems are stories too. So to claim now, that poems are not stories, is inconsistent to say the least.Quote by paulus
If I may throw in one last suggestion: would it not be better to change those buttons to Prose and Verse (or Poetry), and put songs ij the second group as well? Poems are stories too, so that name would be incorrect, and songs on the other hand, are usually poems too.
But why change a label that has worked for years and continues to work? It's perfectly functional and accurate, and appeals to all. Some people get scared away when they see the words "prose" and "verse" because it seems much more formal than it actually is. That's not something we want happening here.
I'm not saying that poems are not stories, so don't try to put words in my mouth. I'm simply saying that when people look at stories, they know they're getting stories, when they look at poems, they know they're getting poems. It's concise enough, so why change it? That's all. Also, don't bring another thread into this thread, especially one that has been locked. They're separate subjects, so let it go.

Quote by TaliaRussellyour likes show up every time you hit it. They turn blue to show you, you did, but they'll revert to grey on refresh. There are basicly two ways to know, if you already liked:
Thanks, Ginger. Now, when I go back and look at the comments, they are all "blue." I am going to hit "like" again. Please let me know if it shows up again on your time line, when you get a chance.
