If they are both the same quality, short, but length is of no importance compared to how good it is.

An eight thousand word story or the same story in four 2000 word chapters?
'Blade Runner' (1982) A true Sci-fi classic. It was set in November 2019, that's five years from now. What happened, I want my robots!

from one of my top ten favorite movies: "Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room!"
'Gremlins' (1984) I showed that movie to my grandkids a few months ago.

"Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape."
One of the most interesting minds on the site. He never fails to amaze me.
1984 (1984) I love the follow-up line by Julia; "Well, I ought to suit you, then. I'm corrupt to the core." (one of my favorite lines)

Here an easy one, but I love this line too.
"Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine."
'Ghostbusters' (1984)

MP: So when the cat has got your tongue, there's no need for dismay! Just summon up this word, and then you've got a lot to say! But better use it carefully or it could change your life...
B: For example...
MP: Yes?
B: One night I said it to me girl, and now me girl's me wife. (angry wife hits him with a tambourine)
B: Ow! And a lovely thing she is, too.
Snow White and the Huntsman (2012)

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.
Wreck-It Ralph (2012)

This (simliar) quote is used twice in the movie.

1st time - T: (before having sex with QG) This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this. I'm not your King.

2nd time - QG: (having stabbed T and while holding sword into his body) This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this. I am not your Queen!
"Odd Thomas" (2013)

JK: The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

S: An Arabic proverb attributed to a prince who was betrayed and decapitated by his own subjects.

JK: Well, its still a hell of a quote.
No and I hope you don't either.

If you could give any gift to a special person in your life, what would it be and who would it be for?
You are, little princess. You where in 'Seven Heart-Shaped Scars'. I know that isn't what you meant. My favorite is hard to pick. A tie between the ghost girl in 'Burst Of Flames' and Fei in 'Solarites'.

What is your favorite piece that you have written on Stories Space?
I'm grateful for so many things everyday. I'm not sure what I should pick before the others. Should I mention, as so many others have, my friends on SS; or the really good time my wife & I had this morning snuggling in bed; or maybe that good deal I got on-line for pizza on Tuesday (it made it possible for me to afford that pizza and I'm still enjoying it, great breakfast). There are so many things that come to mind, as they do everyday. Big things and small, all help to make my life better. After thinking about it I decided to say how grateful I am for something new that has made my life better this morning; this forum topic. I'm grateful to Cal for thinking up and posting this topic. It has given me the chance to stop and think about the good things I have. So I pick Cal's topic, but Liz this morning was pretty good!
White Christmas (1954) A great musical comedy.

"They're here!" (As she looks at a TV with static.)
I'm the right person to answer this. No!

If you only had a few years left to live, would you let it affect the way you live your remaining life or try and live your life normally?
The Cheyenne Social Club (1970) As a big fan of Stewart & Fonda it wasn't really that hard for an old timer.

"No wire hangers, ever!"
Labyrinth (1986)

"I can't concentrate on anything you're saying until you cover your junk."
Let wisdom, truth and faith light your way.

What is the most important trait of a true friend?
The Breakfast Club (1985)

"I have always depended on the kindness of strangers."
Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982)

taxi driver: "Surely you can't be serious."
doctor: "I am serious...and don't call me Shirley."
