A few months ago, I downgraded myself from "Wannabe writer" to "Failed writer". Writing is what I've always done and always wanted to do, whether as a career or a sideline. When I was younger, I had the motivation, but not the open-mindedness to write. Now, I'm widely open-minded, but I seem to suffer from inconsistent motivation. I now write in streaks. More like spurts, actually. It's a confidence thing, I know. The hope is that I'll come around and become who I've always wanted to be.
