A horse. Camels are mean and nasty.

Of those two, running. Not great runner but I'm definitely not a swimmer.

Binge a TV series or watch an episode at a time to stretch it out?

Binge. I cannot help myself.

Superman

Star Trek or Star Wars

Trek, though I am a bit tired of both. Both seem a bit past their expiry date (but I feel that way about some much newer franchises, too, like MCU).

Hit the dance floor at a party or just enjoy the music and company?

Slow dancing, yes. Otherwise, no although I'd love to learn swing.

Resort with all the amenities or rough it camping?

Resort. My camping days are behind me.

Beach or mountains?

Mountains, hate crowds and beaches tend to be very crowded.

Beach condo or Lake cabin?

Lake cabin is more my speed. Remind me of my family cottage. Nicer scenery, too.

Read and relax or activities on the lake (canoeing, kayaking, whatever)?

Canoeing or kayaking

RV camping or camping with a tent?

RV. My back won't take laying on the ground anymore.

Carry a camera or just use the one on your phone?

Use to use a dedicated digital camera, but now, usually it's just the camera on our cell phones.

Early riser or sleep-in while on vacation.

I'm an early riser pretty much all the time. Even on vacation.

Exercise first thing in the morning or later in the day?

As an avid jogger (8 miles in 50-55 minutes, prefer early morning. Swimming is another matter. Cool pool in the heat of the day.

Submersible voyage to bottom of Marianas Trench or climb to top of Mount Everest?

Submersible. I'd be terrified but being "inside" would be less terrifying than standing out in the open on a mountain like that. And I'm fascinated by marine life so I would hopefully be too glued to the window/monitor to notice how much water I am under. 😋

Explore an uncharted part of Earth or head to Mars (I'm sure Elon could arrange it)?

Mars!!! Since I was a child, I have dreamed of going to space! I would be glad to take Elon with me. He is a true genius, and Earth would love getting rid of his self-centered, entitled ass.

Summer or winter?

Winter. Freshly fallen snow has an incomparable beauty, especially in the rural areas. Plus, skating, skiing, sledding, and let's not forget, hockey!

Self-guided tour in your car or guided tour on a bus?

Depends where I am. In North America, I usually drive. Overseas, usually do a bus or other tour where someone else handles the driving.

Visit historic sites or nature preserves?

Tough choice for sure. We love both. Riding a motorcycle allows you to find and visit sometimes relatively unknown or obscure places of history. But nature preserves can bring peaceful solitude. I guess it depends on my mood, but if had to definitively chose one, nature preserve.

Adventure in space, say visit moon or Mars, or adventure on earth, trying some new and perhaps frightening?

Cookout or restaurant?

Cookout. Unless I felt too tired, then restaurant as backup.

Buffet or a la carte?

Like both, especially if the restaurant is like an old-fashion 'mom and pop' kind of place. Home cooking is the best IMHO. But cookouts can be more romantic. So cookout.

Sailing on a sailboat or water skiing?

Buffet. Usually more choices.

Snow skiing or water skiing?

Snow skiing, but cross-country. Downhill would almost inevitably end in disaster for me.

Pie alone or pie a la mode?

Pie Ala mode. Saturday had a slice of warm Strawberry Rhubard with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Delicious.
