Good advice, Diana. Welcome to the critique groups!
I'm not sure what it's called in other countries but I like raisin toast with butter, or when it comes to savoury I enjoy toasted cheese sandwiches and like to dunk them in tomato soup. Vegemite toast is good, too!
Lol. Clever, Andrew.

Thank you for posting this, Maggie. This is explained well and I'm sure it will be helpful to a lot of writers.
Good question! I think it's really important that you enjoy your own writing. It's especially nice if something catches your attention because you know it's probably doing the same thing for your readers.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, Callisto. Gav has checked this out and it appears to have only been a problem with links that included storiesspace in them. He's fixed this now so it should all be working okay.
Just letting you know we've added four new categories to the home page. Children's, Memoirs, Micro Fiction (up to 100 words) and Plays.
If you have any new submissions for these categories, we'd love to see them. If you have any previously submitted work that you feel would better suit any of these categories, please feel free to change the category through the "edit story" feature.
Thank you!
I'm another letter writer. I have family in England and write to them often. I enjoy keeping in touch the old-fashioned way.
I'm another left-hander, too!
