Once more we drift along the trails of time,

Again we skip and hold our hands so tight,

With confidence I smile, you are my treat,

Remembrance is forthrightly gathered close.

There is no sadness, never will we hurt

While holding all our joys within our hearts.

You realize, of course, how weird we are

But we will never trade away our love.

Lean in and take my passion to your lips,

The taste will stay with you until our dawn.

I’m counting down the moments that we share,

You know that they are all that keeps us sane,

We neither one forgets our promised plan

To travel through all pathways till we join.

How will you last until your moon glow gleams


Across my eyes and following the dance


With only twirling movements in my arms

To spread rejoicing moments in our lives.

We simply keep the poetry we found

So tightly grasped within our trembling hands.

We won’t betray our dreams in any way

As long as both of us remain entwined.

There will be no goodbyes from me to you,


And none from you to me, you know my love,

Allow the simple trust to stay with us

Until the passing time gives all we need.
