At 5am my cell door pops,

it's time to get my tray.

Although life is grim,

they won't take it away.

My nightmare is on repeat,

as days and months pass by.

Nobody asked if I did what they said,

I can only wonder why.

A living Hell I'm living through,

please wake me from this pain,

I pray to God throughout the day,

but he never slows the rain.

This cannot be real,

accused of such a crime.

I do research and learn,

this happens all the time.

I have two kids,

a boy, and girl twin.

I cry when I'm alone,

hoping to see them again...

Trey

This happened in 2009, and they are now trying to give me 25 to life for a crime I didn't commit...
