Foolish

Tags: cycle, leaving

I was in love with you,
You stayed distant.
I tried to get over you,
Then you pushed me away.
I packed my bags
To leave.
No use on loving someone
Who doesn't love me back.
You sweet talk me
Into coming back.
I do, only to return
To the cycle I wanted
To break badly.
I pack my bags again,
Something keeps me from leaving.
Unappreciated,
Unloved,
Unfulfilled,
Unsatisfied.
I should've left
When I had the chance.
