Lady’s World

Feelings for a lady

I have entered her world and she in mine.
The skies are coloured storm cloud grey.
I don’t know why?

Grey is soothing, neutral.
To calm the shifting tide of emotions.
Sometimes it is high and at times low.
I longed for her presence.

I like the way she blushes.
When she says “Yay.”
Even though my eyes have not seen or ears have heard.

She loves words, moulding and shaping them.
Like a potter to clay.
When read, listened to, I feel them.
I know it is going to be a beautiful day.

Her world is a place of mystery and mystique.
There are intriguing characters, some behind a mask.
She draws me out, it is vulnerable.

I am mentally naked.
She clothed me by causing me to smile.
It has the effect of the warmth of the morning sun.

She has become my muse.
To rediscover romance from my self imposed exile.
It’s like our paths have crossed for this moment in time.

Like a guiding light for each other.
