My Damnation

As the winds of change turn to darkness, and all I see is blackened skies,
the land of shadows surround me.

I walk along this eternal path, of chaos and destruction,
as the world comes crashing and crumbling down.

All the terror that follows from awkward silence,
is short of being bitter sweet.

The twisted desires, that lurk inside my mind,
they all come out once you're in my grasp.

If you do so dare, to enter the webs of my thoughts,
then you do so at your own risk.

Don't get caught, and don't get tangled,
and you may escape with your sanity.

Within these walls of the inner workings of mind,
I would advise to proceed with caution.

All the twists and turns, and the deep tunnels before you,
will lead you among the sinister voices within.

With the demons that screech, and scream in my head,
pushing me more and more to the brink of insanity.

As I keep on with this constant battle, I cannot help but wonder,
is it all worth it in the end?

This is my torture, and my bitter hell,
this is My Damnation.
