Out of the Ruins

Tags: warning

Ruins in the world are the foundation

Stones of the next rebirth and renascence.

Arising one hopes a better nation.

Bestir yourself people, make recompense

For all that was lost, wasted creation,

Hasten to know this was no aberrance

Not merely ill kept civilization.

Watch and beware, disallow all offense.

Rebuild it clean, a new dispensation,

And ever the wastrels must be sent hence.

Keeping a vision, an exhortation,

Watch over the weak with kind diligence.

Treat Mother Nature with keen adoration,

Teach all the children with truth, good sense,

And theirs will be the real reformation.

Ruins rise up, a new inheritance!
