The Bet



Your love came to me like the poison of a snake , infecting everything ,

Your love was like the impact of an explosive bullet that destroyed all ,

Your love was relentless and devastating , finished with all I had .

Today I make a decision , I have nothing to live for, I made a bet and I lost ,

I do not know what it was , maybe our difference in ages or distance between us ,

Always waiting for you , always wanting to know about you , wanting to talk to you .

My desperation , my agony not leave me alone , my mind becomes insane .

You're never there, I'm tired of all this and you do not even care ,

I do not understand that 's what happened, that I'm wrong , why? resulted in this way,

I loved you with all my heart , but it seems that you lied to me , you were just playing with me and

like a fool I believed in you.

I'm devastated , my pain is indescribable , never thought I'd feel this way again

When you came , my life was a mess and was slowly recovering it .

Now there is nothing to recover all this destruction , just want to die .

My heart and my soul are standing in front of me , my heart tells me , Why?

Why did you do this? You were supposed to protect us you had , you knew it.

My soul kneels crying , and says look what you've done , you condemned us to death ,

You're nobody , you're a poor man who fooled again, you are worthless .

With tears in my eyes , I say I'm so sorry , it was not my intension , please forgive me ,

Today is a very sad day , the love died for me , I will try to live well

You ended the last hope I had, You turned a dream into a bloody nightmare ,

Congratulations you did very well , I hope someday nobody will do the same.

Take a risk and fail , this was a bet that I knew I could not win. I try but that's all I have left .
