In moments fraught with worry's might,
I choose to set my spirit aright.
The burdens that I long have borne,
Are gently from my shoulders torn.
No more shall anxious thoughts consume
The precious hours that softly bloom.
I breathe in peace, exhale the strain,
And let tranquility remain.
My heart now dances, free and clear,
Embracing joy both far and near.
We should all consciously choose to release stress and decide to have a more peaceful, happier approach to life, letting go of worries and embracing a more joyful existence.
Recognize the weight of your concerns (worries, anxieties, etc). Actively choose freedom, breathe in peace, and find a sense of liberation and joy.
My hope is that this brings peace, joy, harmony, and tranquility to someone (hopefully several someones).
