When A Friend Is Down

Hoping to cheer up my friend??

When a friend is down
It always makes me frown
I offer her my shoulder
I just want to hold her

Wrap my arms around her
Tell her she will be fine
Eat chocolate ice cream to cheer her up
Maybe have some wine

Watch chic flics, maybe beaches?
I'll be sure to bring the tissues
So we can cry together
And discuss our issues

I would do all I can
To make her laugh
Tell the one who hurt her
To kiss my arse

Because she is my friend
I don't like to see her sad
You mess with her, you mess with me
Seeing her sad makes me mad

She is a joy and a blessing
She is my perfect friend
I love her and get to keep her
But your relationship has come to an end

That is your loss
It is not mine
But shame on you
You're not worth a dime.

I created a land for her
That was my devotion
All you do is fill her up
With negative emotion

So I will hug my friend
Be there till the end
Hug her tight and be there
Because unlike you, I care.

Hoping this will cheer my friend up and make her smile?
