Hi Cynthia,

I saw in the trade today that you are still looking for an actor to be in Carlos' play. I know you had posted auditions to be held last night but they had been sparsely attended. If you folks are interested in someone my age being a part of the play I would be willing to come by this evening.

I would be happy to fill a role for you on this late notice.

I should remind you that I was in your production of Oh! Calcutta! if you perhaps are trying to recall who I am.

Cheers,

Peter

Peter!

It is SO good to hear you are in town.  I was wondering what you were up to these days.  We would absolutely love for you to come down and audition tonight at 6pm.  There is NO need to prepare anything.

I've Cc'd Carlos on this email so he knows you are interested.

I'm so glad you reached out, and I hope you are doing well.

Thank You,
Cynthia

Peter,

They do want to hear 16 bars of Broadway so please bring whatever you’ve been auditioning with.  We’ll look forward to seeing you tonight.

Peter,

Thanks so much for coming out.  We all enjoyed your spirited choices - you impressed Jenny and Beverly.  Unfortunately we were a couple of roles shy of casting everyone and had lots of men for a change.

Please be sure to come out for Annie - Cynthia’s directing & I’m playing Bert - there are a bunch of roles and we would love to have you fill a part in the show.  Thanks for the great work!

Sincerely,

Carlos

Hi Jenny,

I received the info and will be there at 2:00 on Sunday. So, I need to bring a swim suit as well as character shoes?
