To my beautiful daughter,

From the moment you were born you were beautiful, boisterous and had such a need for people. You walked early, talked early, and you were like a ray of sunshine in everyone's life.

This year was a rough one, and for most of it you were the only one by my side, I know we had some very trying times and damaged our relationship. We also had some times together that I think in the end will have bonded us even tighter. If only I could take back the pain I caused you or the times I made you feel you weren't still my everything.

You are my beautiful daughter and the sunshine of my life, we've entered a new phase of our relationship. Even though you enjoy your freedom and even I enjoy my new role too, there are times I can't believe you are no longer a child, and my role as mom has forever been changed.

You and your brother were my greatest gift and accomplishment in life. And I will always be there for you. I love you to pieces...
