Acceptance of your destruction

Trying to understand the desire to save those who destroy

Mine. Yours.

I want it all to be the same.

I want to tell you that I understand.

Believes that it can see right thru.

I can see your soul

And I want to save you.

Have pain you think you hide.

Scream at the world for the wrong

You believe is ours.

Will never get anywhere.

If all we see is one another.

Please turn your head,

From me.

My desire to save you.

Will only destroy me.

Your pain.

Only makes you hate me.

Believing I can feel what you feel

Leads to sorrow and exhaustion for me

it does not help you

Even if my energy fuels you

Corruption and manipulation

Have become your middle name

I no longer can pretend

That I ever knew the you

You said you were

Thank you for taking away

The one thing that always made me special

Thank you for killing the naivety

That I had left.

You gave me a great gift

We forced me- into a ball of grief

With no where but up to go

Me. See's with all new eyes.

Files I thought were closed

And life begins again.

Thank you for teaching me

what I Had

And for you,

I still have hopes that one day

-Your eyes will open too-

And that you will be the person

I thought that you were

The one you portrayed to me

For that person.

Is beautiful and strong,

Mindful and caring,

It's the you,

I will now and always continue,

to believe is the you you are.
