Retribution

One bully gets what he deserves. If only other bullies could get the same.

Punch him down to the ground,
Kick an old man when he’s down.
Yeah, that’s your style, isn’t it?
Cowardly bastard.
Fight fair and square? You can’t!

But you’re getting yours, aren’t you?
Sitting black and blue in that hospital bed, it serves you right.
See that man you kicked near to death?
Yeah, he had friends. Vengeful friends.

They did the same to you as you did to him,
How does it feel? Are you satisfied?
Are you impressed with yourself?
You deserve a medal for your stupidity.

You got what was coming to you,
Now that old man is in court. Testifying.
He has strangers testifying for him. Witnesses.
The jury will eat you alive. You're in for it now.

The judge is passing sentence now.
You got yours. Ten years for attempted murder.
It’s not a lot, but when the inmates find out what you did,
They will rip you to shreds. They will find out, count on it.

Nobody is a punching bag, especially not old men.
But the man is fine now. A full recovery was made of mind and body.
You? You will get mauled in prison, I'll see to that.
And you deserve every bit of it. Coward.
