The poofy cloud family floated along on a lovely end-of-summer day. 

“Look at me, Momma! I’m an airplane!” hollered Wayne. 

“I’m a puppy!” squealed Ellie. 

Momma smiled at her children, then noticed Reginald drifting lower and puffing darker. 

Mommmmaaa, I have to—“

“Don’t you do it, little cloud. There’s no rain until tonight.”

“But—“ 

Hold it!”

“I’m… tryyyyying…” 

“Reginald!”

“Can’t. Hold.“

Then came a long, relieved “Ahhhhhhh!” as rain splashed a picnicking couple below.

Wayne and Ellie giggled while Momma sighed. 

“Sorry, Momma,” muttered Reginald.
