Thank you for visiting my bio, not much to see I’m afraid. I’m not really an interesting person. I only started writing this year (2021) I had never written anything before. I’ve never even read a book, not one. Unless the operating instructions for my washing machine count that is.
I have dyslexia you see, I find writing a real struggle, but I enjoy it enough to somehow muddle through. Over the last few months my typing has got a little quicker. MS Word corrects most of my spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Once I’ve removed all the red squiggly lines from under my words I save it as a PDF. I then listen to it back using the “read aloud” function. It’s a bit of an iggle-daggle but it seems to work for me.
That’s about it really. I did say I wasn't that interesting. If by chance, you do read one of my stories, please leave me a comment and tell me what you think. I would love to know what I’m getting right and what I’m getting wrong. Regards, Verity
