Choosing what you want to do through your working life.
I think it is a good thing that for my life's profession, I never chose to became a chef. I would have specialized in desserts. Cakes, doughnuts, pies, delicious puddings, custards and cheesecakes. Topped with Ice Cream, decadent sauces, or whipped cream. Fancy lavish dishes loaded with way too many unhealthy calories and fats.
